Choose a premium SUV when
These are the situations where a larger vehicle actively makes things worse.
- One to a few travellers, especially with checked luggage
- An executive, speaker or VIP guest on a fixed schedule
- A hard-timed arrival where a shared loop is too much risk
- A same-day itinerary with several stops across the city
- A private arrival at a hotel or venue matters to the occasion
Choose a shuttle or coach when
Here the group itself is the reason coordination pays off.
- A group travelling together from one or two pickup points
- Attendee waves moving between hotels and a venue on a schedule
- Cost per passenger matters more than door-to-door flexibility
- Luggage, equipment or booth materials need real cargo space
- You want the group to arrive together rather than in pieces
The case people get wrong
Twelve people arriving on four different flights is the classic trap. On paper it is a minibus. In practice a single vehicle waits three hours for the last arrival, and the first passengers spend their afternoon at the airport.
Two SUV runs plus one later minibus often costs less in total frustration and sometimes less in money. The right answer comes from the arrival spread, not the headcount.
