Passenger count is the starting point, not the answer. Route length changes the comfort requirement. Luggage, sports equipment or trade show materials change the usable capacity. A venue with a tight loading zone can rule out the largest vehicle entirely. Multiple pickups can make two smaller vehicles faster than one large one.
We work through those constraints before quoting, then recommend a vehicle mix — one vehicle or several — that fits the whole itinerary rather than just the headcount.

It also means we do not publish fleet counts, vehicle models or fixed capacities. What we confirm is the plan: the vehicle class appropriate for your group, the schedule, and the routes.
