Convention transportation is a scheduling exercise: hotels that are not walking distance, sessions that start on time, exhibitors who move at odd hours, and attendees who arrive all afternoon. We build the shuttle plan around your program and coordinate the vehicles to run it.
The shape of a convention transportation program
Most convention programs break into four phases. Arrival day is airport-driven and spread across many hours. Show days are loops: hotels to venue in the morning, returns after sessions close. Evenings are event-driven, often to a different venue. Departure day is a set of waves timed to flights.
Each phase needs a different vehicle count. Treating them as one continuous shuttle wastes capacity; treating them as separate bookings loses the connections between them. A coordinated program sets the windows and vehicle counts phase by phase, on one schedule.

Can several hotels be served by one program?
Yes. Properties are grouped into routes based on location and attendee distribution rather than given one vehicle each.
Can exhibitor move-in transportation be included?
Yes. Move-in and move-out movements are usually scheduled outside attendee shuttle hours and quoted in the same program.
Can VIP transportation run alongside the shuttle plan?
Yes. Premium SUV transportation for speakers and VIP guests is commonly coordinated inside the same program as the attendee shuttles.
